With 6, 16 or 20 grinding modules, these machines offer high production output while being no larger than a standard truck. All modules can be adjusted independently of one another via a computer-controlled grinding process and monitored from the cab. All actuators and drives of the grinding technology operate pneumatically or electrically, which minimises the fire risk and makes a significant contribution to environmental protection. The machines operate self-sufficiently via an integrated generator. Optionally, the machines can be equipped with a laser measuring system for rail transverse-profile measurement, a fire-water system and the capability for automatic turnout grinding.
