  • Planning & supervision

    You take on the independent planning, coordination and seamless supervision of our diverse construction-site operations across Germany, ensuring that performance, scheduling and quality targets are met.

  • Work scheduling & documentation

    You are responsible for professional work scheduling and precise project documentation to guarantee smooth project success.

  • Customer consulting & acquisition

    On location, you are the competent face of our company. You handle the technical consulting, cost calculation and active acquisition directly with our customers on the construction site.

  • A solid foundation

    A successfully completed commercial or technical apprenticeship (ideally with a construction-specific focus) or a relevant degree (e.g. civil engineering, project management), along with experience in construction or project management.

  • Willingness to travel

  • Strong communication & leadership
