You keep supply chains, warehousing and project procurement strategically in motion

  • Managing materials

    You independently look after the purchasing and materials management area and procure products both for our stock warehouse and for technical project orders.

  • Handling ordering processes

    You take care of the complete handling of the ordering processes, monitor delivery dates closely and ensure error-free master data maintenance in the ERP system.

  • Negotiating suppliers & contracts

    You negotiate and manage framework agreements with both local and international suppliers and maintain long-term, stable supplier relationships.

  • Analysing & optimising

    You carry out supplier audits, compile purchasing statistics and specifically identify savings potential for the continuous optimisation of our purchasing processes.

  • Internal cooperation

    You work closely with our internal specialist departments and manage the preparation and execution of the annual stocktake.

Structured, confident in negotiations and technically interested

  • A solid qualification

    A successfully completed commercial or technical apprenticeship, ideally supplemented by specific further training in the field of purchasing.

  • Professional experience

    Initial practical experience in technical purchasing or materials management is expressly desirable.

  • Competencies

    You have negotiating skill, a confident manner when dealing with suppliers and a structured, solution-oriented way of working.

  • Software skills

    A confident command of ERP/merchandise management systems and the common MS Office applications goes without saying for you.

  • Communication & language

    You are a team player, a strong communicator and have good written and spoken German. English skills are an advantage for international technical communication.
